Billing Details

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly, depending on the chosen payment frequency.
• If you subscribe between the 6th of the current month and the 5th of the next month, your subscription will start with the following month’s box.
  • Example: If you subscribe on January 19, you will receive the February box. February sign-ups run from January 6 to February 5.
  • For subscriptions made between February 6 and March 5, the first box will be the March box.
• Renewals occur on the 1st day of the next month after receiving your first box.
  • Example: For a January 19 subscription (February box), your next payment will be processed on March 1.
• Charges will be automatically processed using the payment method on file, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
  

Shipping Schedule

• Shipping typically begins 6-8 weeks after the pre-order period ends.
• Exact shipping timelines will be communicated via email or in our Facebook group
• Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be promptly announced through email and our Facebook group.
  

Address Changes

• Update your shipping address before the shipping date to ensure delivery to the correct address.
• If a kit is sent to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible. Replacement kits will require a new purchase.

Cancellation and Pause Policy

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, provided the cancellation occurs before the next billing date.
• To cancel, log in via the "Manage Your Subscription" section.
• There is an option to pause your subscription for one month. If you need to pause for longer, please contact us directly.

General Terms

• Non-Refundable: Once placed, all subscription and preorder sales are final.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless canceled.
• Combining Orders: Please avoid combining subscription orders with a la carte items. Combined orders will be canceled.
• Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details once your kit has shipped.
