I do yoga YouTube videos for my Hashi Babes on my channel “Life After Hashimoto’s” and after every yoga session I draw an affirmation from the affirmation cards to give them for the day to start their mornings. I absolutely am IN LOVE WITH THESE CARDS. They truly speak to my soul. Every time I draw a card for my Hashi Babes, I feel like it not only speaks love in to them but into me. Having Hashimoto’s Disease can not only bring you physical pain, but it takes away from you emotionally as well defeating you and your faith and love within yourself.
